212˚F Horizontal Steam Condensate Return System
Roth 212°F (100°C) Steam Condensate Return Stations are specifically engineered to handle condensate at or near the boiling point, making them ideal for demanding high-temperature applications. The low-silhouette assembly design allows for complete drainage of low-return lines, maximizing system efficiency and minimizing the risk of water accumulation or backflow.
Each unit is equipped with Roth’s patented, high-performance pumps, which are guaranteed to deliver full-rated capacity with only one foot of NPSH, ensuring reliable operation even under low inlet pressure conditions. Unlike conventional designs, all Roth pumps feature a full ball bearing configuration—eliminating the need for internal water-lubricated bearings and significantly reducing maintenance requirements while enhancing service life.
These stations are available with capacities up to 190 GPM and heads up to 175 feet TDH, operating at 1750 RPM for optimal balance between energy efficiency and performance. The combination of rugged construction, thermal reliability, and innovative pump technology makes Roth’s 212°F condensate return systems a trusted solution for industrial and commercial steam applications.
